3 hours of hiking calls for some wholesome rainbow buddha bowls :) Wild rice, steamed kale, baked camera, roasted spiced chickpeas, almonds, pumpkin seeds, corn, red onion and lemon tahini dressing and of course some avocado ;)

✖️A mix of white & brown rice, half an avocado, corn, cucumber, carrot, cherry tomatoes, sesame soy roast cauliflower, pan fried tofu with peanut sauce, coriander & hemp seeds ✨🥑🥕🥒🌽 And I may have drowned my bowl with more peanut sauce after taking the photo 🤤🤤
Was soooo satisfying!!! Would have been even better with some nori sheets & toasted sesame seeds… will have to pick some up when grocery shopping next👌🏼

Throwback to the first time that i’ve had purple sweet potato 😍
baked with sesame seeds and topped with dollops of hummus 🍠👌 also had
some pan-fried veggies and tofu and some corn cakes with it 🙃💜
Black beans, white beans, corn, tomato’s, parsley, crutons, white wine vinegar….also known as the easiest, yummiest, cookout side dish I’ve ever made!
Also 0SP except for the crutons.
Tonight’s DINNNNNNNER 🍝🍝 when I’m being lazy and can’t be bothered to make my own pasta sauce… Which is often 👀 I just mix together a tin of cherry tomatoes and macro organic pasta sauce from woolies and it’s SO GOOD 👅 low fat and low sodium !!! + rocket + corn + nutritional yeast + pepper + lemon = heavennnn 😜👼🏼👌🏼
Just had this incredibly yummy dinner: steamed sweet potato, arugula, black beans, corn, cucumber, tomato and mashed avocado :)
